Refund Policy

Clear rules for refund requests, failed services, duplicate charges, and subscription cancellation.

Last updated: September 27, 2026

Current free access and future paid services

Prism Nexus currently provides limited proofreading access without a connected payment gateway. No refund is due where no payment was collected.

This policy will apply when paid plans, subscriptions, or one-time purchases are activated. Purchase-specific terms shown at checkout will form part of this policy.

1

Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription to stop future renewal. Unless checkout states otherwise, access continues until the end of the paid billing period and cancellation does not automatically refund the current period.

A request made within seven calendar days of the initial subscription charge may be considered where the account has not materially used the paid service. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable after the new billing period has been used, except where required by law or caused by our billing error.

2

One-time document services

A one-time purchase may be refunded if processing has not started, Prism Nexus cannot provide the purchased service, or a technical failure produces no usable result and cannot be corrected within a reasonable period.

Once processing has completed or corrected files, reports, or certificates have been made available, the purchase is normally non-refundable because the digital service has been delivered, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

3

Billing errors and eligible cases

Contact us promptly about duplicate charges, an incorrect amount, an unauthorized transaction, or a charge taken after confirmed cancellation. We may request account, transaction, and payment-provider information needed to investigate.

Where a processing job fails, we may first offer a retry, restored usage allowance, service credit, or correction. This does not limit a refund right that applies under law.

4

Cases normally not eligible

  • Change of mind after a digital service has been completed or downloaded.
  • Dissatisfaction based only on an advisory score or a result described as probabilistic.
  • Failure to review automated corrections before submission or publication.
  • Incompatibility caused by a disclosed unsupported file, device, or third-party application.
  • Suspension or termination caused by misuse or violation of the Terms.
  • Unused time after cancelling a billing period already started.
5

How to request a refund

Submit the request through the Contact page using the email associated with the purchase. Include the transaction ID, purchase date, product or plan, and a concise explanation. Do not send complete card details.

Requests should be made within seven calendar days unless checkout or applicable law provides a longer period.

6

Review and payment processing

We aim to review complete requests within five to ten business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. The payment provider or bank controls the time required for funds to appear.

Provider, currency-conversion, or banking fees may be non-refundable unless the charge resulted from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.

7

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes statutory cancellation, refund, charge-dispute, or consumer-protection rights that cannot legally be waived. If this policy conflicts with mandatory law, that law controls.
